Xmas 2007 Abilene Tx/Orem

Here is some pictures of our house at xmas in Abilene, we didn't do lights outside because we aren't sure how long we will be here. Also Collin was so intrigued by Grandma's Santa that we had to take a few pictures of Collin and Santa with Tisha and Grandpa.

Thanksgiving 2007

Here are some pictures of our Thanksgiving in our new home in St. George. We have Tim peeling potatoes, Jan with her Turkey the one on the plate and then the one she married. Also the other family members. The one picture of our backyard with the palm tree in the corner.

Banff & Lake Louise

We started our trip at the Banff Springs Hotel built in 1888 one of the oldest hotels in the world. We tried to get a room but they only had 2 rooms left one for $600.00 and the other 1200.00 We stayed downtown. The places was breath taking beautiful. The Xmas trees were up and decorations everywhere. From there we went to the top of the mountain on a Gondola ride up 10,000 ft. On the way from Calgary we looked for all the wildlife they told us we would see. They have Fences all along the roads and they build overpasses for the wildlife to cross. We seen some deer in town and a wolf on the side of the road. Until we were going back from Lake Louise we hadn't seen much. But as you can see later in the pictures that we finally seen a big herd of elk. The pictures are of Lake Louise and also the three sisters. As you can see i need some more lessons from Apie to better organize this.

Halloween

These are some pictures of our little goblins on Halloween night 2007 it was so much fun to be with them this year. Notice the great big Goblin in the picture.

Our Place in Canada

Here are some pictures of where we live in Canada and also the river down below our lodge. We are trying to keep our sanity up here it is hard to go to work each day come back to this lodge eat sleep and go back to the same thing for 20 days straight. It has really made us appreciate our freedom to move around or just go to the store. We are looking forward to being home to our new house and also the kids and grandkids on Oct. 23rd. Hope all is well there. for those who haven't heard Tisha is playing basketball in special olympics this weekend and calls to let me know each morning from the U of U

Our New Home

This is our new home in St George, we moved into it on Sept 27th 2007 with the help of April, McKinley, Brayden, Jeremiah, Amy, Alexis, Paige, Tisha, and Collin from the Adams side. From Jan's side we had Nancy, Angie, Travis, Layton and Grandma Hadfield there to help.

Our first day in Canada

Today was our first day in Canada and it was cold we about froze. We will probably like it ok. we have a little suite which is nice.

We are going to Canada tomorrow 9-5-07.
